FSCO maintains a public registry of licensed and formerly licensed service providers. The registry provides information on service provider facilities, licence status and conditions.
Statutory accident benefits claimants and auto insurers should check the registry to quickly identify service providers that are licensed and can be paid directly by insurers for listed expenses.
Claimants and auto insurers can now search for a licensed service provider by city, postal code, facility address and by principal representative.
For the required fee, a certificate attesting to the status of a licence can be obtained by using the “Order a certificate” button found on the right hand side of a licence in the table below. When the service provider for which a certificate is required but is not found in the registry, use the “Order a search in FSCO's records” button at the bottom of the table below.
